Governance for the AI delivery era

Your team adopted AI.
Now govern what it ships.

A crew of specialised AI agents that enforces policy, tracks delivery, and generates audit evidence, while you make only the calls that matter. Dashboards measure. Drydock governs.

The complexity isn't AI.
It's everything around it.

You're expected to know what's changing, where the risks are, and whether AI is actually improving delivery. The answers exist. They're just buried across dashboards, reports, and engineering tools.

The crew

Behind every answer is a crew of specialized agents.

Each agent owns one domain, watches it continuously, and reports to Dockmaster. Agents do the watching. Humans make the decisions your policy reserves for them.

AI governance & impact

Know exactly what AI is doing to your delivery.

Govern AI like every other contributor.

Scale AI across engineering without compromising the standards, accountability, and trust your teams rely on. Every AI-assisted change is tagged, gated, and reviewable, automatically.

Measure AI like every other investment.

Know where AI is creating value, where it's falling short, and where to optimize next. The answers your board is already asking for, mapped to the work and outcomes AI produced.

Keep humans in the right loop.

Policy decides when a person must decide. Escalations arrive decision-ready, and every approval is logged as audit evidence. 85% of enterprises are piloting AI agents; only 5% have shipped them to production. The difference isn't the AI. It's control.

The crew inspects

Policy, risk, quality, evidence.

Six agents read every change against your rules, continuously. Most work clears on its own; anything that needs judgment is routed to a person.

Answers where you work

Slack, Claude, or the command deck.

Ask Dockmaster from the tools you already use through MCP, take escalations in Slack, or open the deck for the full picture. You choose the surface.

Custom agents

Build your own agents.

Adapt DryDock AI to the way your teams work. Every custom agent is just a trigger, a condition, and an action, no code required. Click an agent to see how it's built.

FAQ

Common questions.

How is this different from a CI/CD tool?+

CI/CD runs your pipeline. DryDock sits above it and governs it, reading across planning, code, testing, and infrastructure, and telling you what it means. CI/CD tools aren't built to do that on their own, and DryDock doesn't replace them.

Does Drydock remove humans from the loop?+

The opposite. It makes human oversight actually implementable. Your policy defines where human judgment is required: AI-authored code, high-risk changes, production deploys. Agents clear routine work automatically; the few decisions that need a person arrive with evidence and a recommendation, and every approval is logged as an audit record. You stay in command without becoming the bottleneck.

Will this slow my team down?+

No. That's the point of the agent model. Policies are enforced automatically, so most releases pass without touching a human queue. Only flagged work needs a decision. Teams typically ship faster because risk is caught at the diff, not at the last gate before production.

Can I own an agent for something specific to my org?+

Yes. Custom agents are built from simple triggers, conditions, and actions, with no code required. Monitor client SLAs, regional compliance, budget thresholds, documentation coverage, or anything else unique to how your teams work.

How do we get started?+

Request early access above. Onboarding connects your existing tools (GitHub, Jira, CI/CD, Slack) and the agent crew starts observing immediately. Most teams see their first governed release within the first week.

What does early access include, and what does it cost?+

Early access includes the full agent crew, Dockmaster AI, custom agents, and hands-on onboarding with our team. Early cohort pricing is discounted and locked in. We'll share details on the intro call.
